Yehiel Frankel has been a member of the foundation since 2004.
During the Holocaust he lived in the ghettos and after their liquidation passed over to the Polish area, existing mainly by herding cattle for farmers, presenting himself as a Polish child.
Mr. Frankel is Vice Chairman of the “Yesh” Association – Children and Orphans Holocaust Survivors. He is active in the Center of Survivor Organizations in Israel and other Holocaust organizations.
Mr. Frankel is by profession an industrial and administrative engineer and an economist. He has been a member of Kibbutz Revadim since 1951, and worked mainly in the kibbutz and outside it as one of the managers of Products Marketing Ltd in the position of director of debt collection and of the legal department.
Mr. Frankel studied at the School of Engineering. He also completed an advanced course for kibbutz administrative management at the Rupin College, as well as bookkeeping courses.
Mr. Frankel is married and has 4 children.
